How does it work?
SculpSure uses a new laser technology that heats up the fat cells without causing damage to the skin. During the procedure small applicator pads are placed on the patient’s skin of the area to be treated. Treatment sessions last about 25 minutes, during this time the underlying fat cells of the trouble spot are disrupted with selected wavelengths of laser energy. The dissolved fat contained in the destroyed cells will be eliminated naturally by the patient’s metabolism.
The most innovative technological feature is the new 1060-nm diode laser light that passes through the skin to reach a target temperature of 107 to 117 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature is key to shock fat cells, which die over next few weeks. While the fat cells are heated up the skin temperature is safely controlled with a cooling contact. This cooling system allows to treat gently any skin type (from light to dark skinned patients).
What are the advantages?
- Coolsculpting can target only 1 area per session
SculpSure can treat multiple areas at the same time
- Coolsculpting takes 1 hour
SculpSure takes less time: 25 minutes
- CoolSculpting needs to pull fat bulges, if It can’t be pulled it can’t be treated.
SculpSure does not require pulling or sucking. No matter how small the area it can be treated.
- CoolSculpting patients may require more than 1 session

The Steps of the Procedure
The treatment is quite simple and takes only 25 minutes
- The treatment areas are selected
- The belt and pads are placed
- The lasers are activated for 25 minutes
- During the first 4 minutes the temperature is reached to disrupt the fat cells
- For the next 21 minutes a constant energy flow is maintained

Can the laser burn my skin?
The laser used uses a 1060 nm wavelength – targets fat cells, it does not cause any effect on other types of cells (skin tissue). In addition, a Cooling system is used to cool off the skin by contact, providing a higher safety and comfort for the patient.
How many sessions are needed?
The number of sessions should be determined after a general first evaluation by the doctor. The doctor will recommend a number of repeated sessions depending on your target area and the amount of subcutaneous fat. After their first session, some patients can reach up to a 25% fat loss in the treated area.
How many areas can be treated in the same session?
The device allows the treatment of up to 4 areas on the same day.
Can patients of any skin type be treated?

When can I start to see the results?
The results become visible after the third week, and become even more noticeable after the 5th and 6th week, but the end result will be complete after the 12th week.
How often can the treatment be repeated?
It is recommended to wait at least 6 weeks before the next treatment.
